I am an artist, author, entrepreneur, and spin enthusiast from Central New Jersey. A wife and stay-at-home mother of two, I own my own boutique accessory company, Karma Kreationz, Inc. I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education and Sociology from The College of New Jersey. There are many areas of artistic creation, expression and exploration that I am interested in, specifically music, writing, and designing. I am a Certified Spinning Instructor and love using music and visualization to create enjoyable and challenging rides for my classes, encouraging riders to push themselves and surpass their mental and physical expectations, just as I feel we should do in all things in life. After becoming a mother, I began learning about and researching toxins in our environment and ways in which we can take control and help cultivate a more purified way of living for the long-term health and happiness for both my family and myself. I consider myself to be a very open-minded person who thrives when intellectual ideas and debates can develop and in turn create new and improved ways of thinking. I am a big believer in the Power of Now. Reality is in your mind. It’s all up to you how you want your world and life to be. You can think about it, wish for it, plan for it, but until you begin “doing” NOW you are not truly living in the present.
